Awesome game! Its difficult but I never found it to be difficult or unfair. I wasn't sure if I was going to like the blood mechanic at first but when I got used to it I liekd how it encouraged me to move quickly which made the game more enjoyable.
Music and graphics are excellent too. Keep it up!

Maybe add some variations on obstacles, maybe some you could phase through or have to duck underneath.
