I’m making a handheld port of Pumpkin’s Sky Tea for GameBoy. I’ve been thinking a lot about how back in the day with a lot of games you’d have the main game at home on consoles and then a handheld version that captured as much of the essence of that game as possible but with smaller resources to work with. I’d like to try making a few of these handheld companions for my own games that I’d be able to distribute as a ROM for you to play on emulators or if you have access to one a flash cart like I’m doing here.

Its fun trying to get the most out of the limited resources since thats not really something I have to worry about with my bigger games.
